Shametra Rozzel, L.Ac.
As a passionate advocate for holistic wellness and restorative balance, I am dedicated to helping individuals restore balance and strengthen their mind-body connection in a safe, inclusive space.
My academic journey began with a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts in Fashion/Textile Design from Kent State University. Although my career initially led me into the world of creativity and design, I felt a profound calling to explore the healing arts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This led me to pursue a B.P.S. in Health Science and Masters in Acupuncture at New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am certified by the NCCAOM and licensed by the Medical State Board of Ohio.
In my practice, I take an integrative approach, using TCM to provide personalized care that considers mental, physical, social, spiritual, and environmental factors. My goal is to share this profound medicine, empowering others to incorporate it into daily life for lasting health and well-being.

A Diplomate of Acupuncture is an acupuncturist who is certified by the NCCAOM®. It is a considerable professional achievement to earn the designation Diplomate of Acupuncture (NCCAOM®).
NCCAOM® Certification indicates to employers, patients, and peers that one has met national standards for the safe and competent practice of acupuncture as defined by the acupuncture and Oriental medicine (AOM) profession.
